"It was a perfect celebration, and Jerry and I couldn't be happier," Romijn, who previously was wed to John Stamos, tells People.... Courtney Thorne-Smith is expecting this winter her first child with husband Roger Fishman. An ABC spokesperson has yet to respond to TVGuide.com's request for comment on how this will coincide with the production schedule for According to Jim, which was only recently uncancelled.
