Good Morning America

Go to the movies and you can hear Queen Latifah as a mama-to-be woolly mammoth in the animated comedy Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs. And this morning you can hear her as herself on GMA. She has a new album, Persona (executive-produced by Miami duo Cool and Dre), so cue the record promoters. Its first single is "Cue the Rain," so you can expect that she'll perform it. But here's hoping she doesn't actually bring it to Central Park (at least until after the concert's over). — Paul Droesch
Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader?

Although he did go to college, Daniel Lawrence Whitney (aka Larry the Cable Guy) is not known as a particularly cerebral humorist. In fact, part of his shtick is acting dumb. So what's he doing trying to match wits with the smarty-pants kids on this show? Maybe he owes his Blue Collar Comedy Tour buddy Jeff Foxworthy a favor. In any event, he is tonight's celebrity contestant, and you can judge for yourself whether or not he's in or out of character. — Paul Droesch
The Assistants

Set amid the lights and sparkle of Hollywood, this new comedy series takes a look at those who toil behind the scenes at the bottom of the totem pole and experience the unglamorous side of Tinseltown. In the series opener, aspiring filmmaker Gillian (Britt Irvin) gets a job as an assistant to an eccentric producer (Zak Santiago), and she does her best to fulfill his demand that she sell his car by then end of the day. Luckily, Gillian gets to commiserate with fellow assistants, who also have bigger goals on the horizon. — Jennifer Sankowski
Eureka

In the course of history, machines have replaced the horse and buggy and rendered some assembly-line jobs obsolete, so it's not hard to imagine the day when someone thinks it's a good idea to pin a badge on a robot. As the series returns, Carter and his miffed ex-deputy contend with Sheriff Andy, a likable android lawman, who, like his name suggests, may be more suitable for Mayberry than Eureka. — Michael Chant
Ghost Adventures

This goose-bump-inducing episode follows the intrepid crew of ghost hunters as they spend a night trying to provoke spirits while locked inside Philadelphia's Eastern State Penitentiary, one of America's oldest standing prisons, which once housed legendary gangster Al Capone. The prison is considered one of the world's most haunted buildings, and although it shut down in 1971, it purportedly still harbors a number of angry ghosts who were first locked up many years ago. — Karen Andzejewicz
