His first marriage ended in divorce and last spring, DeAnna Pappas spurned him on The Bachelorette, so will the third time be the charm for Seattle single dad Jason Mesnick? So far, so good. As he told reporters recently, he's already engaged to the bachelorette he picked at the end of the series that begins tonight with the traditional mansion meet-and-greet. (Taping wrapped up in November.) Of course, he didn't disclose his choice, but the field awaiting him does include four single moms. — Paul Droesch

Host Vanessa Minnillo (Total Request Live), Cheryl Tiegs and editor Nole Marin (Elle) are the judges. — Fred Mitchell

The successful freshman drama makes a mid-season return and finds Amy listening to three little words she doesn't want to hear: "Get a job." Anne tells her this while explaining to her daughter that she's going to have to find a way to support her baby. Amy explores other options, which leads to her decision, with Ben, to get married. As these two plan a union, Anne and George get closer to dissolving theirs when Anne (who's just full of good news tonight) informs her husband that she wants a divorce. — Jennifer Sankowski

Last we saw Chuck Bass, he was pretty much a mess, coping with his father's death by drinking and pushing everyone away. That was actually the last time anyone saw Chuck, as he's been missing since the day of Bart's funeral. Tonight, his Uncle Jack (Dexter's Desmond Harrington) arrives in town to help his nephew — after he finds him, that is. Meanwhile, Blair attempts to move on by trying to get accepted into a ladies society, and Jenny heads back to private school. — Jennifer Sankowski

They shop together, eat dinner together, and now these five friends unite to drop the pounds on Lifetime's new reality show. With the aid of a celebrity trainer and a psychologist, these ladies commit to a 90-day (and hopefully) 30-pound weight-loss program and weather the pitfalls and triumphs of this difficult task. At times serious, other times humorous, DietTribe brings sincerity to the reality landscape and is likely to have viewers cheering each woman along at every weigh in. — Rhoda Charles
