Fan Fiction Comes to Life: Loki and Scarlet Witch Are Dating IRL

The actors who play Loki and Scarlet Witch were spotted on a date night this week.

Photographers snapped shots of Avengers film franchise actors Tom Hiddleston and Elizabeth Olsen together at The Wolseley, a glam cafe-restaurant in London.

Though their characters have yet to appear together in a Marvel movie -- Hiddleston was in the Thor movies and the first Avengers flick, while Olsen's character wasn't introduced until the second Avengers movie, which was cruelly Loki-free -- the two had just wrapped the Hank Williams biopic I Saw the Light, where they play husband and wife.

(Fun fact: Hiddleston, along with Idris Elba, did film a few scenes for Age of Ultron, but they sadly were cut from the final version of the movie.)

In many of the photos, Olsen is covering her face. So maybe they aren't ready to make it official-official just yet.

"They've been talking constantly. It's been good for the both of them, they really care for each other," a source told Us Weekly. "Neither of them are looking to jump into a large commitment, but it's getting more serious."
