Tom Ford Reveals Marriage to Longtime Partner Richard Buckley

Tom Ford announced this week that he secretly got married to longtime partner Richard Buckley, Vogue reports.

"Richard, yes, 27 years, and we're now married, which is nice," the designer said during an interview at the Regent Street Apple store in London. "I know that it was just made legal in the U.K., which is great. We were married in the States."

Ford, 57, met Buckley, a journalist, at a fashion show in the '80s. They have been together for 27 years and have a 1-year-old son, Alexander John Buckley Ford.

In addition to designing for his eponymous fashion label, Ford is also known for directing the 2009 film A Single Man.
