Tom Cruise officially filed for divorce from Nicole Kidman yesterday, The Associated Press reports. Citing irreconcilable differences as grounds for the split, the actor's petition also indicated he and Kidman will share custody of their adopted kids, Conor and Isabella. "It is Tom Cruise's desire that the dissolution of the marriage be handled amicably," his lawyer Dennis Wasser said. "His major concern is the welfare of the parties' children."
