Has or has not Dancing with the Stars champ Kelly Monaco landed a gig on Desperate Housewives? Heaven knows the General Hospital siren, as demonstrated during a press conference at the Television Critics Association press tour, has enough sass to survive on Wisteria Lane. But recent quotes on the matter from Housewives boss Marc Cherry may have been misleading. "I was asked by Access Hollywood about that, and I responded politely because I have never entertained the idea, and I don't know Kelly's work," he explains. "So when they asked, 'Is it going to happen?' I didn't want to say, 'Absolutely not.' That would have been rude. [Kelly is] probably a fine actress. I just don't have any plans to use her.
