America's first family is breathing a little easier these days. Last week NBC's Today opened up a 732,000 viewer lead over ABC's Good Morning America. During May sweeps, Today's advantage over its AM rival had shrunk to 40,000 viewers. CBS's The Early Show, meanwhile, continues to rank a distant third, although it's handily beating reruns of Saved by the Bell on TBS. Hey, you gotta take your wins where you can get 'em.
