The last we saw of Kate (Chrissy Metz) on This Is Us, she was caving to Toby's (Chris Sullivan) peer pressure and eating white powdered donuts in a gas station parking lot. We've all been there, but for Kate, the low moment will force her to ask herself some serious questions about her weight-loss journey and whether she wants to continue down that path.
