The Walking Dead's Season 8 finale will lead into Fear the Walking Dead's Season 4 premiere on Sunday, April 15, as Morgan (Lennie James) crosses over from the mothership to the spin-off. It's going to be a big night, and AMC announced Thursday that it's going to be physically bigger, too, with the episodes screening in movie theaters across the country.

AMC and Fathom Events are bringing the shows into more than 750 movie theaters for one night only on April 15 for "Survival Sunday: The Walking Dead & Fear the Walking Dead." The commercial-free screening will start at 8:30/7:30c (and be tape-delayed to air at 7:30 p.m. in Alaska and at 6:30 p.m. in Hawaii) with bonus content including deleted scenes. The Walking Dead's finale will then air live starting at 9/8c.

Tickets go on sale March 16 on Fathom Events' website. Check Fandango for participating theaters near you. Cosplay is encouraged as long as you don't cover your face or bring fake weapons, so leave Lucille at home.

The Walking Dead Season 8 finale airs Sunday, April 15 at 9/8c, followed by Fear the Walking Dead's Season 4 premiere at 10/9c on AMC.
