As a nail-biting season of Top Chef JuniorSeason 2 winds to a close, there are only two contestants left standing. Nikki, a charming young chef from NYC and a frequent face in the winner's circle this season, will be squaring off against Londyn, a spitfire from Atlanta, whose innate ability to challenge the judges' expectations has taken her all the way to the final two. Thankfully, the agonizing burden of crowning a winner during the Dec. 1 finale rests solely in the hands of head judge Curtis Stone, host Vanessa Lachey and the yet to be revealed guest judges rather than the audience at home -- our job is just to sit back, relax and enjoy the final competition of the season.

But if you're jonesing for a little Top Chef Junior treat between now and then, TV Guide's got you covered. Check out these exclusive interviews with the two brilliant Top Chef Junior Season 2 finalists, in which Nikki and Londyn take us behind-the-scenes of their culinary journeys both on and off the show. Fair warning though -- after watching this video you'll wish there was a way to crown two winners instead of one!

Top Chef Junior finale airs Dec. 1 at 6/5c on Universal Kids.
