No one except Ryan Murphy and his inner sanctum of ghouls know what the upcoming sixth season of American Horror Story will be about. But given what we've seen from past seasons, we can all take a guess that it will be totally weird.
These three new teasers most definitely confirm that. FX released a trio of short promos over Snapchat about the anthology horror series, and if you can make sense of any of them or all of them together, then you are probably a witch.
A fan has collected them all into one easy-to-watch video and posted them on Twitter for her twerps to see, and now you can watch them too.
In the first, a farmhouse's chimney emits some sinister smoke in the shape of the "? 6" logo that's been the only clue we have about the season, and we hear a chainsaw whir, probably not to trim some spruce. In the second, a baby's mobile with the logo, some meat hooks and knives is grabbed at by what can only be described as the hand of some adorable baby terror from Hell. And in the third, someone runs down stairs while hands spring out and grab at the person's ankles. So... Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Rosemary's Baby and The People Under the Stairs? Murph sure does love his classic horror!
So far, Evan Peters, Denis O'Hare, Kathy Bates, Angela Bassett, Finn Wittrock, Wes Bentley, Matt Bomer, Lady Gaga, Cheyenne Jackson and Leslie Jordan have signed on for Season 6.
