Wednesday's 101st episode of The Blacklist (did you catch the hundredth?) will find Red (James Spader) and Liz (Megan Boone) tracking down a religious fanatic known as "The Cook," and he's a creepier Blacklister than usual.

To do so, they need to enlist the help of a young, but skilled kid named Tadashi Ito (Alex Shimizu), who gets introduced to the duo in this exclusive sneak peek of Wednesday's episode. Red calls upon Tadashi to extract information from the technologically enhanced glass eye Liz pulled from Navarro, the guy she stewed in "Abraham Stern" -- but first they need to get his mom's permission.

While Tadashi's young age does come with a few obstacles, it also has major benefits, such as his ability to teach Red about things like Facebook (or "Face...whatever," as Red calls it).

"I'm a technological moron," Red explains to Liz. "I just don't get it. Which is why I surround myself with people who do. Tadashi gets it!"

He gets Star Wars, too, another thing Red seems unfamiliar with. Never change, Red.

The Blacklist airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on NBC.
