They better decide soon because the baby's almost here
The Big Bang Theory returns from its Olympics-induced hiatus on March 1 with an episode that will deliver another baby. But before Bernadette (Melissa Rauch) gives birth to her and Howard's (Simon Helberg) first boy (their daughter Halley was born in Season 10), they're going to butt heads over what to call him, as seen in this clip from the episode.
Bernadette wants to name him "Michael," after her father, but Howard doesn't like that name, and he really doesn't like Bernadette attempting to unilaterally make the decision. They both made the baby, after all.
"And I carried it, had to stay in bed for four months, sacrificed my body and my job and soon it's gonna burst its way out of me like the Kool-Aid man," says Bernadette. So yeah, the baby is theirs equally.
Their friends have ideas. Predictably, Sheldon's (Jim Parsons) are weird, Raj's (Kunal Nayyar) are selfish and Penny's (Kaley Cuoco) suggestion is "too uncircumcised" for Howard, who's Jewish.
So what will the baby's name be? Find out Thursday, March 1 at 8/7c on CBS.
