The Amazing Race 28 Cast Is Made Up of "Social Media Influencers"

The Amazing Race is going social next season.

Season 28 of the Emmy-winning series will feature 11 teams of what CBS dubs "social media influencers," the network announced Tuesday. The teams include YouTube stars Tyler Oakley and Korey Kuhl, lifestyle vlogger Blair Fowler and her father Scott Fowler, and a handful of Vine stars.

Host Phil Keoghan previously told TVGuide.com that the show had "something interesting" in store for next season. " "Season 28 might surprise you," he said.
Season 28 will hit 18 cities in 10 countries, including three new locations: Cartagena, Colombia; Tbilisi, Georgia; and Yerevan, Armenia.

The Amazing Race 28 premieres Friday, Feb. 12 at 8/7c on CBS.
