Teen Mom OG Sneak Peek: Farrah Storms Out and Ryan Is MIA... Again

It's been almost three years since Teen Mom ended, but if these Teen Mom OG sneak peeks are any indication, some things never change.

MTV has released four first looks of each of the titular original girls, Farrah Abraham, Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell and Amber Portwood, on the upcoming series, and -- surprise! -- Abraham's is the most melodramatic.

They're back! Here's your refresher before Teen Mom OG premieres

Abraham, who was a late addition to the spin-off, is still peeved that she wasn't initially asked to return and argues with a producer before tearfully stomping out of the room. Leave it to her 5-year-old daughter Sophia to be the grown-up and check up on poor mommy. Choice line: "I don't understand. I thought she was still happy, but then she's crying."

Everything is going swimmingly for Bookout, who's expecting her second child, except when it comes to her ex, Ryan, who is nowhere to be found yet again at their scheduled drop-off/pickup exchange for their son Bentley. When your own kid notes that you're "always late," you might wanna check yourself.

Fresh out of prison, Portwood tries to set some ground rules in rebuilding her friendship with her ex Gary, but things go south quickly. Fortunately, there's no hitting involved.

Meanwhile, in happier news, Lowell and her now-fiancé Tyler Baltierra host a baby shower, where guests try to guess their child's gender. Spoiler alert: It's a girl.
