It's a good week for Jenelle Evans.

The drug and assault charges against the Teen Momstar have been dropped, according to E! Online.

In June, Evans and her ex-boyfriend Gary Head were arrested after an altercation turned physical and marijuana was found at her home. The charges included simple assault, marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Additionally, Evans was granted a no-contact order against Head last week, which prevents him from contacting her for one year.

"Jenelle was very pleased with the results today in court," Evans' attorney, Dustin Sullivan, said in a statement. "She is excited to have this chapter of her life behind her and feels confident that she was be protected with the no-contact order in place. As for what this means for Jenelle, she has another set of charges dismissed and she can move on with her life."
