Taran Killam Reacting to Cardi B Is the Meme of the Week

Cardi B is magic. The rapper behind songs like "Bodak Yellow" and "I Like It" has hypnotic powers, which Saturday Night Live alum Taran Killam found out at the American Music Awards Tuesday night.

Killam -- who was there because his sitcom Single Parents shares a network with the American Music Awards broadcast -- was watching Cardi perform her song "I Like It" with J Balvin and Bad Bunny and made this face:

But a still photo doesn't give the full context of Killam's response. My man's jaw was on the floor. His wife Cobie Smulders and his co-star Leighton Meester were gently dancing on either side of him, while he was standing completely still, as if Belicalis Almanzar had performed a freezing spell on him.

Twitter so far has not yet found the exact caption formula for Killam memes, but I'll start: "when your mom takes the pizza rolls out of the microwave."

Cardi won three awards -- favorite rap/hip-hop artist, favorite rap song for "Bodak Yellow" and favorite soul/R&B song for "Finesse," her collaboration with Bruno Mars.
