Tara Reid has been hospitalized in Nice, France, for several days, TMZ reports.Contrary to TMZ's claims that the American Pie star is suffering from acute pancreatitis, Reid tweeted Saturday that it's only a bad case of food poisoning."Don't worry everyone," Reid wrote. "I'm all good and healthy. I got seafood poisoning and hurt my back on the jetski but I'm all better. Thanks for caring!"
