Video: Supernanny Jo Frost Guest Stars on Jake and the Never Land Pirates

She's Hook'd! Jo Frost will dig back into her Supernanny bag of tricks when she lends her voice to the Friday, July 18 episode of the Disney Channel cartoon hit Jake and the Never Land Pirates (9 a.m./8c). Her role: Nanny Nell, the no-nonsense governess who took care of villainous Captain Hook when he was just a wee little lad. "I am suddenly the coolest auntie in the world — in fact, I have achieved an unprecedented level of cool!" says Frost. "My little niece, Isabella, is a huge fan of Jake and the Never Land Pirates, and she is beside herself that I am playing Captain Hook's nanny. I have officially arrived."

Frost had never done voiceover work prior to this gig but hopes this is only the beginning. "I had the most fun ever and, in a way, I've come full circle," she says. "From my earliest days as a professional nanny, I was extremely animated — really kind of out there — when telling stories to the children. It was such a natural thing for me to do, and now I'm helping tell a great story for the people at Disney — and they even let me sing a little opera! It does not get better."
