Has 16-year-old Jamie Lynn Spears' pregnancy prompted Nickelodeon to pull any remaining new episodes of Zoey 101, which was to resume in February? That was the rumor that made rounds Thursday in the wake of a British tabloid's purely speculative article. But a Nick spokesperson assures TVGuide.com that Zoey is safe.
