Sofia Vergara's Ex Writes Op-Ed Plea for Embryonic Custody

Nick Loeb, Vergara's ex-fiance, has taken up real estate with The New York Times to stake his claim on the embryos. "When we create embryos for the purpose of life, should we not define them as life, rather than property," he states in the piece.
The battle for Sofia Vergara's Frozen Embryos is heating up
Loeb goes on to share the story of how he and the actress came to create the embryos, and what influenced his personal dreams of becoming a parent, including his own parents' divorce, and an ex-girlfriend who had an abortion, the decision being "entirely out of my hands." He also cites the decision to find a surrogate for the embryos as a contributing factor in their split.
