Siren and Its Killer Mermaids Are Heading to WonderCon

Mermaids are officially headed to WonderCon 2018!

Freeform will be bringing the cast and executive producers of the highly-anticipated mermaid drama, Siren, to WonderCon on Saturday, March 24 to promote the new series. We're also very excited to announce that on behalf of TV Guide, yours truly will moderate the panel consisting of series regular stars Eline Powell, Alex Roe, Fola Evans-Akingbola, Ian Verdun, Sibongile Mlambo, Rena Owen and executive producers Emily Whitesell and Eric Wald.

Siren is set in the coastal town of Bristol Cove, which is famous for its mermaid legends. When a mysterious girl named Ryn (Powell) shows up in town, marine biologists Ben (Roe) and Maddie (Evans-Akingbola) attempt to figure out what drove this primal hunter out of the sea and onto land. Unfortunately, they're dealing with a mixture of science and legend that leaves more questions than answers in their search for the truth.

In addition to the panel, Freeform will screen never-before-seen footage from the show, giving fans a first look at the stunning new series.

Siren premieres Thursday, March 29 at 8/7c on Freeform.
