Queen Latifah says she was originally slated to play the lead in 2001's Monster's Ball instead of Halle Berry, who went on to win an Oscar for the part. "I actually had that role before Halle, but they couldn't set it up," she tells the Associated Press. "It would have been me, Sean Penn and Robert De Niro [instead of Berry, Heath Ledger and Billy Bob Thornton]." Again, she's not bitter.
