First Look: A Scandal Smooch

Don't be fooled by this image from Scandal's highly anticipated Oct. 3 premiere: Cyrus (Jeff Perry) plants one on reporter-hubby James (Dan Bucatinsky) less out of romance and more because he's trying to snuff out the latest White House crisis. (After all, Olivia Pope was outed as the president's mistress in last May's finale.)

"Cyrus definitely has his hands full when we come back," teases executive producer Shonda Rhimes. "He's trying not to have another heart attack. He wishes everybody would just settle down and let his life be easier."
