TGIT will be back in exactly 77 days!

Season 6 of Scandal will premiere Thursday, Jan. 19 at 9/8c, ABC announced Thursday. It will be sandwiched in between the winter premieres of Grey's Anatomy and How to Get Away with Murder.

ABC also dropped the full trailer for Season 6, which was delayed to accommodate Kerry Washington's pregnancy and will open on election night on the show. In case you forgot: It's Mellie (Bellamy Young)/Jake (Scott Foley) vs. Vargas (Ricardo Chavira)/Cyrus (Jeff Perry).

The disembodied voiceover guy hyperbolically advises you not to miss the first 10 minutes (as if you would). Is Olivia (Washington) about to rig another election? "I am done running for president," Mellie says. (Spoiler? Red herring?) "I'm not," Liv snaps.

But the biggest takeaway from the trailer? Gigantic TVs have replaced lamps as Washington's baby bump shield. Lamps are so 2014, amirite?

The TGIT lineup is back Thursday, Jan. 19 starting at 8/7c on ABC. (The winter finales of Grey's and Murder air Thursday, Nov. 17.)
