Russell Brand is putting his marriage to Katy Perry on blast in his new documentary Brand: A Second Coming.

"Oh my f---king god. I'm living this life of the very thing I detest. Vapid, vacuous celebrity," the comedian exclaims in the official trailer while a video of Perry plays.

In Katy Perry's 2012 concert movie Part of Me, the singer blamed her divorce from Brand on conflicting schedules, artfully sobbing onscreen as her supposed fairy tale marriage came to an end after only 14 months. But Brand's new documentary hits a little harder, blaming Perry's disinterest in Brand's quest to "save the world," as the trailer declares.

Katy Perry opens up about Russell Brand, John Mayer

At one point in the film, Brand and Perry sit down for an interview during which, according to The Daily Beast, she responds to the questions of money and fame by saying, "I think you're a genius and you make me look good, and that's why I picked you." The singer also declares - in a baby voice no less - that "I control the pussy" before abruptly ending the interview.

Brand and Perry met in 2009 after the singer threw a water bottle at his head during rehearsals for the MTV Video Music Awards. They married the next year in a Hindu ceremony in India, only to have Brand call off the marriage via text message a little over a year later.
