Riverdale Sneak Peek: Jughead and His Mom Finally Reunite!

It's family reunion time on Riverdale! Fans have been waiting more than two seasons to see Jughead (Cole Sprouse) reunite with his mom Gladys (Gina Gershon) and sister Jellybean (Trinity Likins), and it's finally happening in Wednesday's episode!

TV Guide has your exclusive first look at Jughead's reunion with his mom (and a quick look at JB too!). At first everything seems to be going pretty fantastic; it turns out Gladys has got some pretty good jokes, as she first accuses Jughead of being a vegetarian -- ha! -- and then inquires whether he and Archie (KJ Apa) have struck up a romantic relationship. Gladys is an Jarchie shipper! Who knew?

But Jughead doesn't waste much time in commenting on why this reunion has taken so long to happen. When Gladys says he should have told her she was coming, Jughead reminds her that the last time they spoke she told him not to. Ouch, Gladys! Hopefully this next adventure will help to repair the obvious rift between the members of the complicated Jones family.
