Teresa Giudice is getting her freedom for Christmas. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star will be released from prison on Wednesday, and will serve the remainder of her sentence in "home confinement" until Feb. 5.

ABC News reports that Giudice will join her husband Joe and their four daughters for the holidays after spending nearly a year in prison for bankruptcy fraud.

But the Guidices' legal trouble isn't over yet. Joe begins a 41-month prison sentence in March for bankruptcy fraud and failure to pay taxes. A judge staggered the couple's sentences to allow Joe to stay home with the children. However, Joe is not an American citizen and could be deported once he finishes his jail time.

The couple's fraudulent bankruptcy claims and false loan applications allowed them to rack up $5 million worth of mortgages and construction loans.

Giudice's lawyer says she is upbeat and looking forward to coming home.
