CBS topped Sunday with NCAA basketball coverage, while Once Upon a Time hit a series low.
CBS averaged 10.1 million viewers and a 2.4 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic for the night, thanks to March Madness overrun that delayed prime time by 45 minutes.

Spring TV: Must-see new shows

Once (6.8 million, 2.1) dropped two-tenths to a new all-time low in a month.Revenge(6.1 million, 1.8) was even and Red Widow(4.5 million, 1.2) rose two-tenths.

Family Guy (5.1 million, 2.6) was again the top-rated show of the night, growing two-tenths.
On NBC, All-Star Celebrity Apprentice(5.1 million, 1.5) hit a season low.
