Does NBC have a formidable foursome of funny on its hands? Check out this Thursday's numbers:— While Ugly Betty (13.85 million total viewers) had its best outing since Nov. 2, both My Name is Earl (10.03 million) and The Office (9.7 mil, surging 1.7 mil week-to-week) enjoyed season highs.— At 9, Grey's Anatomy (24.27 million, opposite a CSI repeat) put up its biggest numbers since the Sept. 21 season opener. Scrubs, meanwhile, returned to an audience of 8.45 million, a nearly 2-million improvement over its May 16 Season 5 finale. 30 Rock, with 6.56 million (up about 1.6 mil from its super-sized serving), had its best ratings since the series' debut.— At 10, Men in Trees' Thursday-night debut drew 11.85 million, its largest audience since its first, Sept. 12 outing, and good enough for second place (ahead of a Shark repeat).UPDATE: NBC points out that is actually Earl's biggest audience since April 6, The Office's best since Jan. 12, and Scrubs' best since — wait ...
