The Good Wife and Justified among Peabody Award winners

Freshly minted Peabody winner The Good Wife lured 10.57 million on CBS. The margin between the two shows shrank considerably from a week ago, when it was 13.85 million viewers vs. 9.99 million. Proof also fell 23 percent in the advertiser-coveted 18-to-49 demographic to a 2.4 rating, whileWife rose 5 percent to a 2.0 rating. (Parenthood finished a distant third over on NBC with 4.73 million.)

In prime time's first hour, NCISgot the largest audience of the night -- 18.79 million viewers. The first hour of The Biggest Loser: Couples drew 6.85 million, while the finale — likely the series finale — of ABC's No Ordinary Family lured 5.69 million against reruns of Gleeon Fox (3.87 million)and the CW's One Tree Hill (758,000).

At 9/8c, the Dancing With the Starsresults program reeled in Tuesday night's second-biggest viewership: 15.77 million, though it was down 28 percent in the 18-to-49 crowd to a 3.1 rating. A rerun of NCIS: Los Angeles (12.56 million viewers), Loser's second hour on NBC (7.77 million), repeats of Raising Hope(2.99 million) andTraffic Light(2.04 million) on Fox and Hellcats(672,000) on the CW trailed behind.
