"You just figure it out," the Rachel Zoe Projectstar said of being a working mom, shortly after her son was born. "My time is more efficient and more focused now. I don't know exactly why that is, but I think it's because everything that takes me away from my son is something that I need to get done quickly. I find that I'm not really scatterbrained anymore."
