Question: Do you think The Shield will last more than one more season? I absolutely dig the show, but how many times can Vic skip away without getting caught? — Michael Ausiello: I thought the upcoming season was going to be the last, but then FX went and hired Glenn Close and that theory went out the window. That's the kind of casting coup that turns a ratings-challenged cult hit into a mainstream smash. At least I hope it does.
