Question: Do you have a sentence limitation requirement for answering e-mails? For example, if I submit anything that contains more than three sentences, you won't respond? — Kate Ausiello: Yes, it's true: Shorter, more succinct questions stand a much better chance at getting through the AA system than long, rambling ones. Another tip: I tend to favor folks who include their name at the end of the question because it saves me from having to cut-and-paste it myself. And if you're proficient in the ways of HTML and don't mind including the coding for an emdash before your name, well, I can pretty much guarantee that your question will make the cut.
