Hallelujah! Preacherhas been saved for another year! TV Line broke the news Thursday that Preacher has been renewed for Season 4 and that the show will be moving production to Australia. Sounds like Jesse (Dominic Cooper) better start practicing his "G'day mates!"

Based on the Garth Ennis/Steve Dillon comic book, Preacher tells the story of Jesse Custer, a preacher who wields the divine power called Genesis that allows him to compel people to do whatever he says. Together with his girlfriend Tulip (Ruth Negga) and an Irish vampire named Cassidy (Joseph Gilgun), he sets out on a mission to find God.

Said mission has locked Jesse in a battle between good and evil for the past three years, with Season 3 ending on a huge cliffhanger. After escaping one near-death experience, Cassidy quickly found himself in another as he was taken to Masada, a fortress in Israel, and imprisoned there. To make matters worse, the final shot of the episode revealed that The Grail decided to turn Masada into their main HQ for a holy war -- complete with troops and some heavy artillery. Um, yikes?

Preacher is expected to return in 2019.
