Exclusive Person of Interest Sneak Peek: Root Goes Undercover as a Ballerina

Root (Amy Acker) goes undercover as a ballerina on Tuesday's episode of Person of Interest, but uncomfortable pointe shoes are the least of her worries.

While she's in disguise in a full tutu getup -- in order to save a radio show host who's the target of an assassination attempt -- Root is still desperately trying to find out Shaw's (Sarah Shahi) status. The problem is, with Samaritan demonstrating seemingly insurmountable powers, the Machine isn't cooperating.

"What's the point of having an open artificial intelligence at your disposal if she's too afraid to talk to you directly?" Root complains in an exclusive sneak peek above.

Person of Interest airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 9/8c on CBS.
