Apparently Perez Hilton meant it when he expressed no regret about posting an upskirt photo of Miley Cyrus.

A week after linking to a photo of the 17-year-old pop singer exiting a car on his Twitter feed, where she appeared to many people who saw the photo not to be wearing underwear, Hilton has linked to another photo of a scantily clad Cyrus.

"Oh, #Miley! Warning: If you're easily offended, do NOT click here," the 32-year-old blogger wrote, linking to a photo of Cyrus in a barely there white one-piece from Sunday's 2010 MuchMusic Awards.

Two days after Hilton linked to the original image, ABC pulled advertisements for The View from Hilton's blog and some questioned whether he would face child pornography charges since the Hannah Montana star is underage.

However, Hilton argued that she was wearing underwear and no legal action has been taken. Hilton (real name: Mario Lavandeira) said he linked to the photo to draw attention to what he described as Cyrus' recent "oversexualized" behavior.

"It's not showing anything inappropriate. It's not doing anything worse than what Miley's been doing recently," Hilton said on The Joy Behar Show Thursday. "She's been in the business for a long time and she's aware that there are paparazzi around. She should be careful about how she exits a car."

Calls to Cyrus' rep were not immediately returned. Hilton's rep could not immediately be reached.
