CBS All Access Sets Premiere Date for Rust Belt Murder Mystery One Dollar

CBS All Access has set the premiere date for One Dollar, its upcoming crime drama. The cash will be in hand Thursday, August 30.

Formerly stylized as $1, the murder mystery follows a dollar bill through a recession-hit Rust Belt town as it changes hands between multiple people linked to a brutal multiple murder. It's a similar premise to Gary Paulsen's novel The Rifle, and will paint a portrait of an American town in crisis. The cast includes American Horror Story's John Carroll Lynch, Billions' Christopher Denham, Hamilton's Leslie Odom Jr. and country musician Sturgill Simpson making his acting debut.

New episodes of the 10-episode first season will premiere every Thursday exclusively on CBS All Access.
