The Daily Show is coming to an end. Well, the show as we know it will come to an end.

We know. It hurts to hear. We've known about it for a few months, but every time we hear news about Jon Stewart's final days as host, it rips another hole in our hearts. Sorry, Trevor Noah. We're sure you're great and all, but you are no Jon Stewart.

Anyways. Before he goes, a few pretty important people are trying to squeeze in a final appearance on the show — including President Barack Obama.

Obama has appeared six times on the show before; twice as president and four times before that.

The White House said Obama will tape his appearance on Tuesday, as reported by Reuters. They did not say when the interview would air, though they're going to have to squeeze it in somewhere before Aug. 6.
