NUDES UPDATE

John Rutter, the photographer accused of threatening to sell topless photos of Cameron Diaz, testified on Wednesday that he believed the signature on her photo release form was in fact bona fide, then tried to pass the buck by explaining that his assistant tends to such clerical matters. Rutter also denied that he blackmailed Diaz with the pics, but instead gave her "right of first refusal" — something Diaz should have used with the Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle script.
