Netflix Orders a Spanish-Language Soccer, Er, Futbol Comedy

Netflix has apparently been spending some quality time with Rosetta Stone, as its next original series will be en Español.

The streaming service has ordered 13 episodes of an as-yet-untitled Spanish-language comedy from director Gaz Alazraki. The show's premise centers on a family feud surrounding the heirs of a soccer club after the club's owner passes away.

Filmed entirely in Mexico and featuring a cast of actors from all over Latin America, the series is expected to premiere in 2015 and provide a satirical look at the world of professional futbol.
