Japan to Host Record-Breaking 10-Day NCIS Marathon

Can't get enough NCIS? You may want to consider ringing in the new year in Japan. In an attempt to set the new Guinness World Record for the longest uninterrupted transmission of a TV series, Fox Japan is staging a 10-day NCIS marathon beginning at11 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 29. The broadcaster will air all 234 episodes from the show's first 10 seasons in a row.

In an attempt to set the new Guinness World Record for the longest uninterrupted transmission of a TV series, Fox Japan is staging a 10-day NCIS marathon beginning at11 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 29. The broadcaster will air all 234 episodes from the show's first 10 seasons in a row. The marathon will conclude at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 8.

Season 11 of NCIS is set to launch in Japan in February 2014.
