NCIS: LA Mega Buzz: Callen's Father Gives Him Game-Changing Information

If you thought your family reunions this week were going to be awkward, they've got nothing on Sunday's episode of NCIS: LA, in which Callen (Chris O'Donnell) comes face-to-face with his father... in an interrogation room.

When Garrison (Daniel J. Travanti) has a mysterious connection to a case in which a woman was poisoned, Callen has to grill his father. When all is said and done, he also extracts some personal information out of Garrison. We're not exaggerating when we say that it is a total game-changer for Callen.

"He's been on such a quest his whole life to figure out who his father is, who his family was, why he was living in foster homes his whole life," O'Donnell tells TVGuide.com. "He's starting to get some answers. Maybe that will put some things to rest. It might not be all the answers that he wanted, but I think it might free him up to maybe start living his life a little bit more."
