NCIS: Los Angeles stars Chris O'Donnell and LL Cool J as special agents in the NCIS Office of Special Projects. The division is charged with apprehending dangerous and elusive criminals that pose a threat to the nation's security. The song's lyrics reflect the life-and-death nature associated with the job.
The record, which will be used to underscore CBS' promotion of the NCIS spin-off, reunited LL Cool J with producer C. "Tricky" Stewart ("Single Ladies," "Umbrella"). It is LL Cool J's first new music since his 2008 album Exit 13.
