Move Over, Netflix! NBC Wants You to Binge Its Charles Manson Thriller This Summer

In a bold move, NBC is making all of its upcoming series Aquarius available after the show's two-hour network premiere on May 28, the network announced Wednesday.

All 13 episodes of the David Duchovny-starrer will be made available to viewers on NBC.com and on the NBC app, along with other video-on-demand platforms.

Making the announcement, NBC Entertainment Chairman Bob Greenblatt said: "With Aquarius we have the opportunity to push some new boundaries to give our audience something no broadcast network has done before.

"We are fully aware how audiences want to consume multiple episodes of new television series faster and at their own discretion, and we're excited to offer our viewers this same experience since all 13 episodes of this unique show have been produced and are ready to be seen."

The full season will remain on the various platforms for a four-week period, while each episode will continue to premiere on NBC, Thursdays at 9/8c.

Set in 1967 Los Angeles, Aquarius stars Duchovny as Sam Hodiak, a decorated WWII vet and homicide detective investigating the disappearance of Emma, the 16-year-old daughter of an old girlfriend. He enlists the help of Brian Shafe (Grey Damon), a young, idealistic undercover vice cop, to bring Emma home. The investigation will lead to Charles Manson (Game of Thrones' Gethin Anthony).
