Among the 220 guests were Oprah Winfrey, Rachael Ray and Busy Philipps, according to People. Sheri Salata, the president of OWN, officiated the ceremony, and singer Estelle performed at the reception.
Oprah tweeted about the event, writing: "Just left @NateBerkus wedding to his partner Jeremiah. I felt the shift. #anewdayhascome."
Berkus and Brent, a designer and television personality, got engaged last year in Peru.
