California law dictates if Suleman earns less than $119,000, she is entitled to benefits. But according to the website, she earned much more. Investigators have seized records from the home and office of Suleman's manager.

If arrested and found guilty of welfare fraud, Suleman, who has 14 children, could face up to three years in prison.
