Scott Savol got another stay of execution Wednesday night as American Idol viewers sent home early favorite Nadia Turner instead. The 28-year-old Miami waitress was made to pay for singing Crystal Gayle's 1977 track "When I Dream," a song choice that drew sharp rebukes from Simon and Randy, and lots of slurred speech and poor coordination from Paula Abdul.
