Netflix Orders Series from MythBusters Alums

Netflix knows that there are more myths to be busted, and so the streaming service has given a show to the Mythbusters alumni who are not Jamie Hyneman and Adam Savage. The White Rabbit Project,hosted by former MythBusters producers and B-team Kari Byron, Tory Belleci and Grant Imahara, will premiere on Netflix on Friday, Dec. 9, according to Deadline.

The unscripted series will follow the MythBusters formula of proving or debunking events from pop culture, science and history through experiments and explosions.

MythBusters ended its 14-season run on the Discovery Channel earlier this year. Co-hosts Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman are currently developing a scripted drama for CBS about special-effects experts who get recruited by the CIA. Savage also runs a website called Tested.
